We serve as trusted advisors to Executive Boards and their senior management in the areas of corporate governance, strategy and comprehensive compensation program design. We are actively recruiting for an experienced Employee Pay Compensation Professional.
As a highly motivated individual, working with senior consultants and project managers you will be part of the Broad-Based Employee Compensation Team. You will assist in the evaluation and design of broad-based employee compensation programs. The successful candidate must be highly detail oriented and have experience working independently and thinking critically about information and data.
Our Employee Pay Consultants are responsible for:
? Benchmarking base salary and total cash compensation levels and conducting variance analyses.
? Designing base salary, short-term incentive, long-term incentive, and sales compensation programs affecting the broad-based employee population.
? Actively participating in client meetings and ensuring client expectations are met.
? Acting as the day-to-day liaison with client.
? Developing and conducting targeted custom compensation surveys.
? Conducting costing and financial impact analyses of proposed plan designs.
? Preparing charts, graphs, tables and other ways of displaying data and analyses for client reports.
? Developing compensation/total rewards strategies.
? Writing and preparing recommendations for client reports.
? May manage small and mid-sized projects and portions of larger projects with limited supervision.Qualifications and Skills to be successful are:
? Bachelor?s degree in finance/business, 3-5 years of relevant experience in human resources consulting or corporate setting. Advanced degree a plus, but not required.
? Hand-on experience in the design and implementation of compensation strategies and programs in a corporate environment or as a consultant.
? Proven technical, client management, design, facilitation, and project leadership skills.
? Significant MS Excel (including advanced functions), MS PowerPoint, MS Word expertise. Experience working with database applications, such as MS Access or SPSS a plus.
? Strong communication, business writing (correspondence and reports) and presentation skills required.
