Compensation/HRIS Analyst (Sr.)
In this position, the individual will assist in the development, implementation and administration of SanDisk compensation policies and programs. Participate in annual compensation projects such as bonuses, focal reviews and annual stock grants. Participate in compensation surveys to analyze competitive compensation information to determine company's competitive position, both internally and externally. Conduct job evaluations using market analysis and internal comparisons. Participate in testing of new programs and applications. Work closely with Business Partners to assist in conducting equity analyses and reviewing job offers. Coordinate with staffing department to ensure hiring system job descriptions are up to date. The individual may assist with intranet web site (content) and systems updates/enhancements. Work with the HRIS Data Entry Specialist in maintaining data integrity. Develop and maintain HR metrics reports and prepare ad-hoc reports.
This position prefers some college degree or a combination of education and experience that demonstrate the required skills with a minimum of 4-5 years of Compensation/HRIS and HR experience. Position requires demonstrated ability to learn quickly, excellent analytical skills, strong systems skills required particularly Excel. Experience with Crystal reporting is desired. The ability to communicate clearly and deal with employees at all levels is required.
The candidate must be a team player, able to work with diverse groups within and outside of SanDisk. The ideal individual must have proven ability to achieve results in a fast moving, dynamic environment. Self-motivated and self-directed, however, must have demonstrated ability to work well with people. Ability to troubleshoot and analyze complex problems. Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines. Prior High-Tech compensation experience highly desired. Excellent analytical skills; must be an innovative problem solver. Preparing statistical reports such as headcount, turnover, and other HR metrics. Ability to define process and results metrics, analyze and solve complex, ambiguous problems under tight deadlines. Strong interest and knowledge with report writers and relational databases (SAP, Siebel, Oracle, etc.), and expertise with Microsoft Excel.
