Compensation Specialist

Reporting to the VP Benefits & Compensation, the Compensation Analyst administers various compensation programs including base salary, bonus plans, stock plans and related programs to determine fixed and variable compensation trends, meet EEO objectives and control Company costs. In addition, the Analyst investigates and recommends new and/or amended plans and develops procedures to maintain competitiveness and meet marketplace trends for non-executive compensation programs. 

 

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor?s degree in related discipline, three years experience in compensation administration, excellent communication skills and substantial experience and expertise using Excel, Access and Word.  Attention to detail and accuracy, good analytical and conceptual skills needed to analyze details, and the ability to make recommendations for improvements are all requirements of the position. Certification as a compensation professional is preferred.
