Compensation & HR Anaylst

Responsibilities include analyzing human capital data to support the strategic goals of the HR Department. Analyze a wide array of HR data to evaluate and increase efficiencies and maintain competitive positioning. Provides recommendations for improvements to policies or with managers and employees on Compensation related issues. Ensure adherence to legal and corporate guidelines. Develop, maintain and run all data analyses necessary to build HR Metrics Dashboard each month. Manage PeopleSoft employment database. Prepare educational materials for and provide support to managers on the utilization of HR tools and technology (MMHR, MMI, eCompensation, ePerformance, eRecruit, etc)Participate in other studies and work on special assignments as – 4 year degree in Human Resources, Business or related field or equivalent Experience – 2-3 years experience in Compensation or highly analytic/technical HR Management in PeopleSoft Query skilled in using Microsoft Excel and Access Ability to master new technology quickly.
