Consultant Liaison

Expectations for All Employees:

Works in Data Inc.?s Montvale office to support the company?s mission, vision and values by exhibiting the following characteristics: excellence and competence, innovation, commitment to quality work performance, accountability/ownership for all assigned responsibilities, teamwork and good communication/interpersonal skills.

Summary:

Under the supervision of the Manager of Sales and Marketing, this position is responsible for facilitating and maintaining relationships with consultants at client sites during their tenure with the company. The individual must be a self-starter with excellent interpersonal skills and detail orientation. The incumbent will interact with the following departments: Recruiting, Sales, Human Resources, Accounting and Legal.

Duties and Responsibilities:

? Facilitate new hire paperwork by meeting with each staff member to resolve any issues or answer any questions that may arise, which may include traveling to clients site to complete such paperwork (travel will include, but may not be limited to, NYC, NJ and CT.)
? Perform background checks on all potential employees prior to their start date.
? Build/maintain relationships with all consultants, and assist them with any issues that may arise, by being their point-of-contact at their respective client sites.
? Visit the client sites in order to build relationships between consultants working at these sites and Data Inc (sites located in but not limited to, NYC, NJ, CT.)
? Create and maintain the consultant database including the monitoring of current consultant project status.
? Process any status changes (i.e. end of assignment) and notify appropriate parties.
? Performs other duties as assigned.

Required Education and Experience:

A Bachelor?s Degree from an accredited college/university. In addition, the candidate should have:
? 1-2 years of work experience in a professional business environment.
? Experience in coordinating/prioritizing work received from supervisor and colleagues involving meeting required time constraints.
? Strong MS Office skills.
