Acuity Brands Lighting, parent company of Lithonia Lighting, located in Conyers GA is currently seeking an experienced contract recruiter for an open-ended assignment. This position will be responsible for recruiting "corporate function" positions (finance, HR, cupply chain, operations, engineering).

We are seeking candidates with at least 3 years recruting experience including direct sourcing and internet sourcing, as well as experience using some type of ATS. The chosen individual will meet with hiring managers to develop recruiting strategies for assigned positions, conduct phone and in-person interviews, negotiate and extend offers and provide consultation to HR team.

This position is office based (telecommuting is not offeed at this time) and *may* have the potential to go full-time at some point in the future.

Hourly rate is negotiable depending on experience.
