Requirements:
Must be able to travel to various locations needing recruiting assistance. Overnight travel required.Must have proven results driven , innovative, and "out of the box" experience recruiting and on-boarding Independent Contractor drivers.Must enjoy a fast pace with rewards measured by results.Must enjoy high volume, time critical demandsMust be able to work effectively in a changing, unstructured environmentAbility to develop and maximize recruiting resources to achieve driver on-boarding goals
Experience:
3-5 years experience recruiting contractor drivers within the transportation or courier industry.Proven, verifiable success in sourcing driversAbiltiy to develop and implement an effective recruiting plan
