Contract Executive Recruiter

This Executive Contract Recruiter reports to the VP of HR for a Fortune 500 leading manufacturer of premium-quality building insulation, commercial roofing, roof insulation, specialty products for commercial, industrial and residential applications. The Recruiter's primary focus is to source candidates within a diverse range of skills by utilizing established resources and technologies. He/She supports the recruiting strategy and the overall mission of providing quality performance and service. This support includes developing and filling job orders efficiently and effectively by utilizing Manpower Professional's set of recruiting tools. The Recruiter will develop and maintain a comprehensive database of skilled candidates by networking with candidates via a variety of means. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. - Minimum of 5 years recruiting experience with a demonstrated proficiency in the professional staffing or direct hire arena. - Ability to advise, counsel, guide, and negotiate with others. Effectively and tactfully deal with people. - Ability to prioritize multiple tasks successfully without losing composure of lowering productivity. - Ability to work a flexible work schedule, as required. - Must be capable of producing results within an unstructured environment and have the flexibility to identify and respond to changes in priorities. Extensive client interaction with CEO, CTO, VP of R&D, Sr VP of HR and TAM (Talent Acquisition Manager)
Good communication skills, detail oriented, excellent data tracking skills, strong follow up and follow through
Flexible schedule
Sourcing through job boards, internet postings and cold calling
Ability to work independently.
