RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible for filling contract labor engineering and technical openings at all sites of the Integrated Systems Sector as well as assisting with other functional area requirements. Provide staffing strategies and reporting metrics to management. Ensure compliance with all Corporate and Sector policies and procedures. Will be involved in developing solutions to organizational problems, which requires ingenuity, creativity and innovation.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

Good knowledge of State and Federal Labor Laws. Provide weekly reports utilizing PeopleSoft queries and Excel spreadsheets to management. Must be process driven with thorough knowledge of full cycle contract labor recruitment processes and procedures. Must be proficient in PeopleSoft v8.3 capabilities and functionalities. Requires engineering and technical recruiting experience with emphasis in systems, software, structural design, and structural analysis engineering disciplines. Experience with eRecruit and with in house contract labor recruitment/placement is highly desirable. Requires minimum 6 years staffing experience in a high volume, high quality staffing environment. skills required.

BA/BS

*US Citizen or Green Card required

*Previous Aerospace Experience Preferred

LOCATION: El Segundo, CA

PAY RATE: up to $45/hr

DURATION: 12 Months
