JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
The contract recruiter's primary focus is life-cycle recruiting for nurses and other healthcare professional positions.

The Recruiter proactively consults with stakeholders to source, screen and secure talent based on current and future business needs.

Develops and executes recruitment strategies. Serves as life cycle recruiter for assigned openings.

Establishes role clarity & service level expectations with hiring managers. Collaborates with Segment Consultant to develop and implement sourcing strategies for specific positions.

Leverages knowledge of labor market, sourcing trends, sourcing strategies and tactics across the recruiting organization. Builds candidate flow for point-in-time and future openings: Searches for and identifies candidates through multiple and diverse means.

Assesses candidate qualifications and conducts pre-screen interviews. Presents pre-screened, qualified candidates to manager. Provides guidance and counsel to stakeholders based on established policies, programs, and procedures.

SKILL OR EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum of 5 years experience in Staffing/Human Resources or demonstrated equivalent performance level. Minimum 4 years full cycle recruiting including sourcing, candidate assessment and consulting with hiring managers, preferably in a high-volume environment. Minimum 2 years researching/sourcing including use of diverse sourcing strategies, technologies and tools.

Demonstrated success in the following areas: providing consulting support to, collaborating with and influencing stakeholders; leveraging recruitment technology (applicant tracking, ideally Recruitmax/Vurv; resume mining, resume data bases)

4 year college degree or equivalent work experience.

Experience with M/S Word and Excel. Ability to analyze and communicate implications of fundamental recruitment data simply and clearly.
