Our client, a growing services and market research company for the Pharmaceutical industry located outside Philadelphia, is seeking an aggressive Contract Sales Recruiter for about 2 months.

The Recruiter will source, screen and interview candidates. In addition, the Recruiter will make hiring recommendations to the Hiring Managers. The Recruiter will recruit hard to find, high level Sales Candidates - Sales Managers - New Business (at least 4), Account Managers -Existing Business (at least 4) and a Delivery Managers (at least 3). The Sales Candidates will sell services to the Pharmaceutical industry. There is a strict recruiting deadline. Must have cold calling and aggressive sourcing techniques. Possibility to work from home for the right candidate.

The candidate must have 5+ years of Pharmaceutical Sales recruiting experience. Must be able to work in a very high pressure environment. Must be able to produce candidates immediately.
