We are currently looking for a Contract Recruiter to work in an independent contributor role supporting 40-60 requisitions. Positions mostly consist of Sales and Engineering at all levels. You will be responsible for helping develop a recruiting strategy and providing full life-cycle recruiting services. You will be using search tools such as the applicant tracking system, sourcing center, and other internet databases and tools.

The ideal candidate would have over 7 years of recruiting experience ideally in a large corporate environment with technical contract recruiting experience being a major plus. The ideal candidate would also have supported 30 or more requisitions at a time, while providing full life-cycle recruiting services. Proficiency with applicant tracking systems is a must.

This is agreat opportunity based in Buffalo Grove with a Fortune 50 company. This contract is ongoing with expectations of exceeding one year or more. Hourly rate is very competitive.
