Contract Recruiter - Fort Lauderdale

Currently, USI is searching for a Contract Recruiter in our Fort Lauderdale (Cypress Creek) office.  This is a 4 - 6 month assignment that will primarily focus on sales recruitment and may assist with non-sales recruitment. 

 

If you have a strong background in sales recruitment, thrive in an entrepreneurial sales culture; have good prospecting skills; possess an intellectual curiosity and want to work on-site in a team oriented environment with strong support from management this is the opportunity for you!

 

Full life cycle recruitment skills are required including but not limited to the responsibilities below:

 Meet with managers on job specifications and create job descriptionsDirectly source candidates through multiple channels including Internet prospecting, networking, employee referrals etc.Place Internet adsPoint person for search / research firmsSort incoming resumesPhone screen candidatesFacilitate candidate testing Schedule interviewsDebrief managers and candidatesConduct reference checksField offersNegotiate and close candidatesProvide metrics to regional business and Corporate Headquarters

 

The ideal candidate will be a self-starter and have a BA, 7+ year?s recruitment experience with a combination of business and agency preferred; excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong sales recruitment with good prospecting skills. Insurance Brokerage experience is preferred.  This is an on-site recruitment opportunity.  Remote support will not be considered.
