Contract Recruiter - Pharma/Biotech
Kelly Scientific Resources is currently seeking a Contract Recruiter for a long term project with a large pharmaceutical/biotech company. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned recruiter looking to make a difference in a growing, fast paced, biotech environment. This opportunity will be based in Sanford, NC and last a minimum of 6 months.
The Recruiter's primary responsibilities will focus on full life cycle recruiting of professional level candidates for primarily exempt level scientific positions, as well as non-exempt/hourly positions. Other responsibilities include posting approved positions according to client requirements, sourcing qualified candidates using a variety of recruiting methods/contacts, tracking process flow and documentation, coordinating, scheduling and interviewing candidates, and managing the offer and onboarding processes. Establishing and nurturing relationships with corporate and scientific leadership, as well as client community will be key to the success of this role. This position requires a high energy level, attention to detail, and the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
Requirements:
-BA/BS degree in Human Resources or science-related field with a minimum of 3-5 years recruiting experience (both corporate and agency experience preferred)
-Scientific recruiting experience strongly preferred
-SAP and/or Resumix experience helpful
-Internet sourcing techniques, career fairs and aptitude with other networking/recruiting techniques required
-Excellent communications skills (oral and written) required
