JOB DESCRIPTION: Duties and Responsibilities:


Provide proactive recruitment leadership and support for the Research and Asset Management Division. Provide hands-on full life cycle recruitment: source, assess, and recruit candidates for a variety of regular/perm positions at all levels.


 


 Responsibilities would include:

Source and develop "passive" candidates via cold calling, dbase searches, etc.
Screen all candidate qualifications; interview candidates and present to Senior Recruiter and/or hiring manager
Manage relationships/correspondence with candidates
Entering requisition and candidate data into applicant tracking system.
Job postings and status reports.




JOB SPECIFICATIONS- Required Skills and Education




Minimum of 5 years recruitment experience with a track record of success in a high volume, fast paced corporate environment.  Prior experience recruiting for positions in equity research, asset management and/or investment banking is required. 
Must have experience using conventional, internet and alternative sourcing techniques including but not limited to:

Cold Calling
Proactive Database Searches
Web Mining
Referral Generation
Experience in creative direct sourcing strategies is strongly desired.
Proven track record in developing a passive candidate pipeline is desired
Candidates should possess excellent interviewing and assessment skills.
Experience with staffing and employment issues.
Proven track record in reducing expenses.
Must be a self-starter with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Excellent communication skills and detail orientation are essential.
Strong client service orientation and outstanding interpersonal skills.
Strong PC skills, proficiency in MS Word and Excel.
Experience with web based applicant tracking system a plus.
