Contract Recruiter/Sourcer

GOTTA HAVE'S:
Minimum of 4 to 6 years of recruitment/staffing experience, including at least 2 years technical recruitment -- or proof you really know what you are doing and you do it well!

 

GOTTA BE'S:
-A recruiter with great communication (yes, both oral and written) and computer skills
-Please be a person with great interpersonal skills, a sense of humor, and a touch of patience
-Deadline driven and resourceful
-Customer-focused, with a persuasive/influential personality

 

GOTTA DO'S:
-Provide recruiting & staffing support for designated business unit(s)/location(s)
-Develop, drive and execute comprehensive search strategies to recruit niche candidates in limited candidate spaces -- including networking and direct sourcing.
-Full Life Cycle - source to close
-Manage relationship with both hiring managers and candidates
-Interview candidates via phone/in person; assess qualifications; make recommendations
-Support management in the selection and hiring process
-Offer, negotiate and close candidates for assigned requisitions.
