 Description

GENCO has an immediate opening for a Contract Recruiter in Columbus, Ohio. We are experiencing phenomenal growth and are seeking a recruiter to supplement our management recruiting efforts in the Columbus market area. The position will last for approximately 90 days and offers flexible hours/days.


The Contract Recruiter will:font>


Work closely with the regional staffing manager to determine skill set needs
Prequalify, interview, and schedule interviews with hiring managers
Use traditional and advanced recruiting techniques to locate active and passive candidates
Use internet sources to recruit active and passive sources
Keep applicant flow logs of activities
Document activities in a recruiting database

 Required Skills



The successful candidate will have:font>


Proven interviewing techniques
A proven track record in sourcing and recruiting candidates based on job requirements
Experience cold calling and sourcing passive candidates
Intermediate skill level with Microsoft Office applications
Excellent verbal and written skills
Previous experience recruiting in the warehousing, production industries a plus
