Our customer in the Reading, PA area needs an employment specialist to assist with recruiting candidates for their production environment. Experience in recruiting, telephone screening, interviewing and testing candidates is requirement. Must have experience with internet recruiting. Hours can be flexible - 35 - 40/week. Recruiter must interact with Production Supervisors.
