As a Sourcer based in Larkspur, CA, you will generate leads, turn them into prospective candidates, and ensure they complete our application process. Since hiring companies pay us up front to support their jobs, you will be able to speak to candidates about specific companies and real positions rather than vague opportunities. You will put a personal face on the viral marketing campaign that surrounds each job we support, and your success in this role would make us think long and hard before letting your contract expire.

As a Sourcer for Accolo, you will use your knack for finding candidates to help us fill our most challenging positions. Using your knowledge of internet sourcing to build a list of candidates for positions across all industries, you will give our efforts an individual feel as you reach out to them personally. The phone will rarely be in its cradle as you build a quick rapport with candidates and explain the appealing elements of every opportunity. You will also be able to leverage referrals from your conversations, and follow through to ensure potential leads will turn into actual candidates. Previous experience with applicant tracking systems will give you an additional leg up as you help candidates navigate Accolo's application process. You will find yourself instrumental in helping Accolo fill its positions, and be rewarded handsomely for your efforts.
