Position Summary:
Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, the Contract Recruiter will partner with hiring managers to drive full life cycle recruiting to meet the talent needs of the business. Exercises judgment within broadly defined practices and policies. Requires minimal supervision. While this position will recruit for a variety of positions, there is particular emphasis on technical recruiting for project managers and case administrators.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 8 years business experience with 5+ years full-cycle recruiting experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Demonstrated mastery of a variety of recruiting sources
- Ability to interact effectively with all levels of staff and management
- Demonstrated ability to actively support a recruiting/business strategy
- Strong organizational skills required
- Excellent communications skills both written and verbal
Responsibilities:
Recruiter participates in the recruiting activities to support the business nationally or in on geographic location. Responsibilities include:
- Use the most efficient, cost-effective candidate sources to fill positions, including
but not limited to:
- Mining the Internet
- Participation in industry conferences/users groups.
- Direct sourcing
- Recruit, interview, and recommend the selection of the professional to the hiring
manager
- Provide the Director of Human Resources with recruiting activity and cost-per-hire
data as required for management reporting
- Support and participate in company-wide Recruiting and HR initiatives
- Identify, communicate, and use cost-effective alternative sources where practicable
