Corporate Mentoring Program Specialist

This position assists in the development and execution of all Corporate Mentoring Program presentations, performs administrative duties, performs matching of mentee/mentor pairs, and participates in advertising, marketing, communication and sales promotion efforts that support Human Resources? Corporate Mentoring Program. Responsibilities include coordinating the execution of on-line and off-line solutions designed to strengthen the program and handling day-to-day responsibilities regarding program questions and concerns. Key functions will also include heavy phone, e-mail, and face-to-face interaction and consultation with Countrywide Home Loans employees, managers and executives, under the direction of the Senior Career Development Center Advisor.

Requirements:
- 4-year college degree.
- 3+ years of related experience.
- Experience in marketing, training and/or event development, coordination and execution preferred.
- Customer service orientation.
- High level of accuracy and detail orientation.
- Ability to problem-solve and intercede in potential conflict between parties.
- Planning skills with ability to maintain multiple tasks.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Strong verbal/written communication skills, including public speaking abilities.
- Excellent computer skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Lotus Notes and PeopleSoft.
