This member of the senior management team plays a pivotal role in formulating and implementing core administrative and operational Human Resource functions, including policies and procedures, employee relations, benefits, recruiting, government compliance, staff compensation and organization development.

 

The successful candidate will be an HR generalist with at least 15 or more years of proven management and leadership ability who enjoys playing both a strategic and tactical role.  Experience in a Department of Defense contract environment is a plus.  A relevant bachelor?s degree is required and an advanced degree is desired.

 

Prospective candidates must possess exceptional integrity and ethics, have a good sense of humor and be dedicated to developing an effective and collaborative organization.  The finalist will possess high energy, a strong work ethic, a passion for the ?details? of the business and a natural excitement for his/her professional endeavors.
