Corporate HR Manager-Merger & Acquisitions

Due to our company mergers and growth, our national corporation has an immediate need for a newly created position called Corporate Human Resource Manager - Merger & Acquisitions which will be located at our corporate headquarters in Southfield, Michigan.

 

Candidate will be reporting to the Executive Vice President of Human Resources.

 

We are looking for a candidate that has experience working with company mergers and company reorganizations. Candidate must have an understanding and experience of HR laws, rules and regulations. We are wanting someone that has managed very large HR projects. Must have very professional and good verbal and written communication skills and has worked very closely with senior upper management. Candidate must have human resource experience working with companies that have gone through various culture changes due to a mergers and/or acquisitions that involved a variety of  management changes. In this position you will be managing a variety of projects related to various company mergers and you will also be the "right hand" to the VP of HR.

 

Preffered Requirements:

BA/BS in Human Resources and/or related field

PHR and/or SPHR certified

Financial industry experience

Merger & Acquisitions experience (culture changes,  management, etc)

HR laws & regulations

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
