A customer-focused individual, the successful applicant will handle recruitment campaigns for exempt, non-exempt, contractors and interns. With a knack in identifying the right person for the job, he/she will take charge of discussing the job specifications with requisitioning managers; write effective ads in line with recruitment branding; utilize the best sources in the market; inherently capable in applying interviewing techniques to effectively assess and endorse the best candidates for the job; prepare, present and negotiate offers to successful candidates; execute pre-employment background checks; administer work visa processing if required; and provide overall administrative support in the staffing and training section of the HR department.

Requirements:A bachelor's degree holder with at least three years solid experience in recruiting for technology or?software companies, preferably, coming from reputable recruitment/training consulting companies or dynamic growing software firms with multi-tasking orientation. Must be willing to work?in a contract?staffing?position.Commitment to grow and?develop?your?skills and career?in?HR?Staffing Solutions practices. Collaborative and Responsive to?customers.Ability to learn and grow. Must be able to talk to technology, data and infrastructure hiring for the local San Diego marketplace.Good attitude, stable, reliable, dependable and flexible.Strong open-two way communication skills with excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.Must be able to build a pipeline of candidates from a variety of sources. Excellent written/verbal communication and negotiation skills. Self-propelled, big on professional demeanor that would gain respect of employees at all levels in the organization characterized by utilizing his/her significant experience in staffing or career development. A team player who will not say 'no' to tasks and detailed work; who wants to develop a career in human resource management going through the staffing/organization development route and willing to learn hands-on in a stable, dynamic, multi cultural, high-growth leading company in its business space. Must be willing to work in a corporate human resource?department to recruit at all levels based on business need
