Corporate Human Resources Generalist I, II, III

Job Description
With general guidance will provide support to assigned areas of the Company in one or more functional areas of HR including, but not limited to: recruitment; employment; employee relations; compensation & performance management; training; special projects; and recordkeeping.  Will assist in the development and implementation of human resources policies, procedures, and practices.  Will initiate reports as needed.   

Principal Responsibilities
?Provide assistance and support to a large customer base for the development, implementation, administration, and/or management of new/existing programs in one or more functional HR areas.

?Administer the recruitment process from requisitioning through orientation; to include making recommendations of job offers.
?Maintain positive employee relations environment.
?Administer and manage new or existing programs or projects.
?Enter data, organize, maintain, and oversee the integrity of HR records, files, and HR practices.
?Identify, develop, and implement process and procedure improvements. 

Knowledge, Skill and Ability Requirements
?Developed and demonstrated organizational skills to manage multiple assignments with conflicting priorities; ability to perform in a fast-paced, changing environment.

? Broad knowledge of the human resources functions and a demonstrated record of accomplishments applying HR concepts. 

? Well-developed interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills to deal with diverse groups of people.

?Demonstrated skills in employee relations with good analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to work independently and use sound judgment in decision making.

?Must be able to handle confidential information and exercise discretionary judgment.
? Proficiency in Microsoft Office.  Experience with HRIS, preferably PeopleSoft. 

Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources Management or related field; HR certification desired.
A minimum of 2 years related Human Resources experience, ideally in a Corporate HR environment.
