Corporate O.D. and Training Professional

Functions as an internal consultant, assisting with diagnostic processes that identify the skills and performance gaps that hinder the achievement of the company?s strategic goals; delivers interventions in both O.D. and training sessions that are specifically prescribed to close the identified gaps of the organization; assists in the development and delivery of programs to help workgroup effectiveness and leadership competency.

 

Builds and maintains effective relationships with internal clients through a consultative approach.  Assists in the development and deployment of needs analysis for the organization.  Develops and delivers targeted programs that support the strategic goals of the company.  Delivers programs that align the development of CuraScript leadership and associates with the company?s recognized leadership competency models.

A bachelor?s degree in O.D., learning or related field; A minimum of five years of current corporate experience in O.D. and learning including core people processes such as on boarding and orientation; experience working with high-level executives; experience working as an internal consultant; mastery of content for classes such as team building, conflict resolution, performance management, diversity training, etc. required; the ability to prioritize, manage time effectively, and keep issues confidential is critical to this position.  Proficiency in MS Office applications is needed.
