Position Responsibilities are as follows:

 

?  Recruiting and Interviewing for various positions to include customer service representatives, engineers, outside sales and mechanics. 

?  Update internal job posting

?  Process reference and background checks

?  Track drug screen results

?  Process new hire paperwork

?  Coordinate and attend university career fairs/conferences

 

Qualifications:

 

?  Three years of recruiting experience

?  Strong eye for detail

?  Strong organizational skills

?  Ability to meet deadlines with a sense of urgency and accuracy

?  Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 

?  Computer literate in MS Word and Excel.
