Reporting to the Staffing Manager, the Corporate Recruiter will be responsible for recruitment activities within Humana's Wisconsin Markets. They will establish relationships and consult with business leaders on the recruitment of talent.

Duties include but are not limited to:

Manage the full life cycle recruitment process for a variety of cross functional groups within Humana.
Source, screen and interview prospective candidates.
Partner closely with internal client groups to understand their needs, develop sourcing strategies, and coach them on the interviewing and selection process.
Proactively generate a highly qualified candidate pool for all client groups.
Creatively utilize cost-effective recruitment resources.
Seek out and develop positive relationships w/ internal and external clients.
Identify networking activities such as attending career fairs, professional association meetings, calling on schools and outplacement services

Requirements Include:

Bachelors degree, preferably in HR or related discipline.
Five or more years of experience with all aspects of the recruiting process, from developing and implementing sourcing plans through screening, behavioral interviewing, reference checking, final evaluations, and offer negotiation/presentation.
Demonstrated ability to manage a high volume of positions while maintaining exceptional customer service and quality.
Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems
Proven expertise in networking, sourcing and direct recruitment.
Ability to manage client relationships, lead and direct individuals and groups of peers, managers and executives.
Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities and competing deadlines with high accuracy rate.
