We currently have an opening for a Corporate Recruiter/HR Generalist in our Langhorne, Pennsylvania location.
Responsibilities:
Job Summary: Responsible for full life cycle recruitment from original sourcing through hire for exempt and non-exempt staff. May perform some HR generalist duties as required.
The corporate recruiter is responsible for all phases of the recruitment cycle from sourcing through hire. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:
? Strategize with management on best staffing strategy
? Pro-actively source passive and active candidates
? Identify qualified candidates and build strong pipelines through use of Internet searching, job boards, college recruitment, cold calling and industry networking
? Manage and maintain all job postings
? Perform first interviews and coordinate management interviews
? Consult with management on hiring decisions
? Prepare written offers and related new hire documents
? Conduct/arrange for appropriate background and reference checks
? Strategize with Director on all staffing issues
? Update/maintain open requisition, status, headcount and related reports
? Represent company at job fairs
? Participate in college recruitment programs
? Develop and maintain up to date job descriptions for all positions
? Participate in new hire orientation and on-boarding programs
? Serve as back-up to HR Administrator and perform HR generalist duties as needed
? Assist Director with employee and management training, performance appraisal, and other HR generalist duties as required.
Qualifications:
? 3+ years experience recruiting for mid-level to experienced level positions in software, technology and/or marketing industries required
? Prior experience recruiting into healthcare, pharmaceutical and technology industries a definite +
? Proven success meeting hiring deadlines in a fast paced, deadline driven environment
? Strong organizational and excellent PC skills required
? Excellent verbal communication and strong writing skills required
? 1-2 years HR generalist experience desired but not required
This position requires a strong self-starter and team player who can work under light supervision and handle a heavy recruitment schedule.
