This at-will position will support and manage the attraction, recruiting and hiring process for assigned sales divisions at assigned location(s) and support off-site locations sales hiring needs as needed. Adheres to company mission and values.

Essential -
?Attract and recruit candidates for all assigned Sales Divisions.
?Effectively and creatively source candidates.
?Conduct candidate testing.
?Interview and screen candidates based on specific qualifications for each Sales Division.
?Assign candidates to appropriate Sales Division for the interview process.
?Partner with Marketing Team to target candidates specific to Sales Division needs.

Non-essential -
?Travel on a limited basis based on recruiting needs.
?Other projects and responsibilities as assigned by management.


Required Education:
Essential-
?5+ years high volume recruiting specific to a sales environment.
?Proven ability to source and recruit sales candidates.
?Proven ability to ?sell? the right candidate to management and Sr. management decision makers.
?Professional communication skills (verbal, non-verbal, written).
?Ability to make effective and legal employment related decisions.
?Ability to multi-task and interface with multiple departments.
?BA/BS or equivalent work experience (5-7 years high level recruiting).

Non-essential -
?Healthcare staffing experience.
?Human Resources experience.
