Corporate Recruiter(Pharma/CRO) - Contract/Direct Hire

Our client, an established and rapidly expanding Clinical Research Organization(CRO) located just outside of RTP, is actively recruiting for a top-notch corporate recruiter to assume a key role on its growing team. Environment is dynamic, empowered and quality-driven.  Seek a sharp and capable recruiter who thrives in a high expectations setting.

Role will involve partnering with all operating units to evaluate/profile the open positions, develop a recruiting strategy and lead the recruitment efforts.  Seek a seasoned and insightful recruiter who, with limited direction, will autonomously manage assigned positions.  Outstanding sourcing and screening capabilities skills must be complemented by excellent organizational/project management skills as well as astute and versatile communicative abilities.

Selected candidate will offer 5+ years of professional recruiting including 2+ years in the clinical/pharmaceutical industry. 

This is a contract position with potential for permanent hire---depending on performance as well as ongoing growth.  Company needs a proven self-starter who can perform and will pay top dollar for that candidate.
