Our fast growing engineering firm is seeking a Talent Acquisition Recruiter to support our South Florida Region. LBFH a subsidiary of Boyle Engineering is a well-established engineering firm with offices throughout central and south Florida. We are looking for a team-oriented recruiter who will be instrumental in sourcing and recruiting top professionals in our industry.  You will be responsible for recruiting senior, mid-level and entry-level engineers and will work with managers to identify sources and networks. This is a very active and fast-paced position where you will have the opportunity to establish yourself as a top-notch engineer recruiter. Our hiring managers are professional, responsive and very easy to work with.  College recruiting is a very important sector of our recruiting practice and you will be a key player in the success of our college recruiting program. This is an excellent position for a corporate recruiter seeking more responsibility or an agency/contract recruiter interested in pursuing a corporate recruiting position. We have excellent recruiting tools to support the position.

 

Requirements:

 

*  Experience in the A/E/C (Architecture/Engineering/Construction) industry a plus

*  Should have at least 5 years of recruiting experience to include direct sourcing, networking and web based recruiting experience.  And experience with college recruiting programs.

*  Excellent negotiation and communication skills.

*  BS or BA related degree in Business/Marketing/Sales/Human Relations or related industry preferred.
