Sterling National Bank, a leading middle market bank, has an immediate opening for a Corporate Recruiter. We are looking for someone to handle full cycle recruitment for positions as needed. This individual will interact with all levels of management, create job descriptions, evaluate competencies, screen resumes, interview candidates, negotiate salaries and contracts. This position will be responsible for recruiting all staff positions including executives.
The ideal candidate must posses a minimum 5-10 years recruiting experience in a banking environment. Generalist experience with a focus on recruiting preferred. We are looking for someone who has excellent computer skills, exceptional communication skills and the ability to interact with Bank Officers and staff. College degree required.
