Our client is in need of "A-Talent".  This position is not an internal recruiting opportunity with our firm - it is with a client of ours!  If you have excellent computer skills (intermediate Excel and Word at a minimum), prior PeopleSoft and/or LotusNotes would be a plus.  Prior staffing or HR experience needed to exceed in this position!

 

Have you demonstrated success in a prior role that required a high level attention to detail as well as top-notch organizational skills?  Are you able to multi-task and work at a fast pace for an extended period of time? 

 

You will where many hats in this role!  As it relates to recruiting, you will fill orders and act as the liason between client company and staffing parnters to fulfill all temporary requests.  You will assist in maintaining vendor relationships by responding to inquiries regarding invoices, and contracts.  Perform recruiting functions to include searching, qualifying, and interviewing potential new hires and vendors.  Prepare reports regularly regarding temp usage.  Prepare Vendor Report Card.  Work with Vendors who are below acceptable levels to approve performance.  Prepare and provide to senior managmeent regular reports regarding contingent staff.

 

Have you ever generated offer letters using PeopleSoft?You will review offer letters for accuracy and overnight to new hires!  In addition, you will overnight applications to potential candidates adn ensure they have been filled out accurately and completely when they return.  Submit all applications for background checks!

 

In this role, you will also conduct new employee orientation every Monday morning at 8:00 a.m.  This generally takes an hour.  At that time, you will review new hire paperwork and ensure it's been completed accurately and completely; then enter new hire information into PeopleSoft. 

 

You will track the status of applications, background checks and credit checks for licensed candidates (our client is in the mortgage industry).  Conduct follow up with candidates who've not turned their job application in timely - tracked through Excel.
