?Key Areas of Responsibility

Lead a team of Corporate Recruiters in a highly complex and high volume recruiting environmentManage and direct the recruiting process across multiple business groups, ensuring exceptional customer service, timeliness and qualityManage and direct the training process for field representativesLead the development and implementation of sourcing strategiesDevelop the capabilities of the recruiting team in the areas of effective sourcing, interviewing and assessing candidatesEducate and assist managers in the recruiting and selection processAnalyze hiring results and trends and make appropriate recommendations to enhance the recruiting processPromote the effective use of recruitment technologyParticipate in projects that have broad cross-site impactBe active in the local HR community to network and represent our company as a premier employerWork in a collaborative environment with other experienced and talented HR personnel.

QualificationsPrevious sales experience is preferredMinimum of five to seven years of recruiting experience, including two to three years managing recruiters Strong technical competency with recruiting including sourcing, interviewing and candidate assessmentProficiency with Microsoft Office applications and at least one applicant tracking systemStrong people management skills, including the ability to coach and develop othersExcellent analytical and assessment skillsAbility to engage and influence others at multiple levels of the organizationStrong business acumenAdvanced interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to manage people, processes and multiple projects simultaneouslyResults oriented; excellent follow through skillsHR generalist experience is a plus
