Corporate Recruitment Coordinator

NCO Group, Inc. is a leading provider of business process outsourcing services including accounts receivable management, customer relationship management and other services. NCO provides services through approximately 90 offices in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, India, the Philippines, the Caribbean and Panama. Our Virginia Beach, VA location is currently searching for a Corporate Recruitment Coordinator.

 

 

Principle Responsibilities:

 

q Coordinates and participate in the recruitment efforts for exempt level, professional Accounting, IT and Corporate HR staff

q Liaison between vendors and field managers for centralized recruitment practices

q Coordinate the use of temporary employees

q Assists in administration of employment background investigation program 

q Provide daily process support to Corporate Recruitment and Retention Department

q Create, post and monitor employment advertising ensuring compliance with local and federal laws

q Assisting field recruiters and hiring managers with all aspects of the interview and hiring process for centralized recruitment efforts

q Travel and conduct training to field locations to conduct training Legal Hiring Practices and on various Corporate Recruitment and Retention processes and best practices

q Coordinate and assist field managers with major recruiting events

q Coordinate process for relocation program

q Coordinate immigration employment work visa process 

q Prepare and maintain accurate record keeping via recruitment and retention and applicant tracking reports

q Provide direction and training for existing and new department members

q Participate in projects performed by the Corporate Recruitment and Retention Department.

q Provide feedback to management concerning possible problems or areas of improvement

q Make recommendations to implement improved processes

q Perform other duties as assigned by management

 

Qualifications:

 

q Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or equivalent experience

q 1-3 years experience in related field

q Strong computer skills

q Ability to maintain highest level of confidentiality

q Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills

q Ability to work in multi-tasked environment

q Ability to prioritize and organize work with attention to detail

q Ability to work independently as well as be a dependable team player

q Ability to travel
