DB Reporting and Analysis Lead Associate

Your job will be to develop program specifications from user requirements. You will also develop project plans for assignments. You will lead projects to completion ensuring they are on time, with the specified solution delivered, properly tested and documented. You will create, analyze and maintain databases and systems for client reporting of headcount, diversity and other HR related topics. You will automate and prepare ad hoc reports for various internal and external clients. You will assist clients in the analysis of their data and reporting needs, propose solutions and alternatives to the needs and develop and implement the agreed upon solution. You will also perform maintenance and upgrade the existing data bases already in place for reporting.

Basic Qualifications
You are a professional with a bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. You have 5-7 years related experience in XP/Access automation, advanced analysis, design, and reporting. You have strong knowledge of Microsoft Office particularly MS Access, Project and Excel. You have strong interpersonal communication and presentation skills. You have the ability to bring an assignment through the entire Project Life Cycle. You have requirements and specification writing experience.

Preferred Qualifications
You have FTP and Scheduling of Tasks knowledge. You have knowledge of Business Objects. You also have HR data experience.
