My client is a Privately-Held Community Bank searching for a Director of Human Resources. If you?re somone that likes working with employees helping them grow their careers, someone the employees know they can work with and trust, this might be the right place for you.

Wearing multiple hats means you?ll get a chance to manage the benefits package, be responsible for compliance issues, and ensure internal IT situations are resolved. You?ll also get a chance to work with the Management team in defining and recruiting personnel throught the bank.

Your qualifications should include:

? 5+ Years Human Resource Experience

? 7 years banking experience

? Experience with ISO a plus

? Facilities Management a plus

? Experience with Benefits & Profit Sharing a must

? Bi-Lingural (Spanish) ? a major plus.
