Description:

 

Performs data entry and research in various Human Resource systems and tracking tools. Demonstrates knowledge of Human Resource processes and related systems to effectively perform responsibilities. Assists in the identifying, assessing and resolving complex issues/problems. Required to assess and resolve non-standard/standard issues/problems largely on own initiative. Seeks advice and escalates issues when faced with tasks/problems outside normal scope of job. Interacts with client/users around specific work efforts/deliverables. Required to share knowledge and experience with others.

 

Key Responsibilities:

? Update and maintain various Human Resources systems/tools per standard process documentation used to provide direction:

o Execute personnel transactions (e.g. transfers, releases, resignations, leaves of absence)

o With no direction, enter data and retrieve information from group specific system.

o Audit own data entry for accuracy & make needed corrections

o Conduct personnel data verification

? Audit and analyze data for discrepancies; reconcile conflicting data and make appropriate recommendations.

? Perform tasks within area of specialization with little to no supervision.

? Produce and analyze various client and internal reports.

? Review tracking reports and recommend actions to address; design additional ad hoc reports as needed.

? Produce standard correspondence (e.g., offer letters) by following existing templates. Adhere to client formatting and quality standards. Proof and edit work for syntax, grammar and punctuation.

? Provide information requested for various client processes.

? Perform information searches, analyze data based on research objectives and present information in appropriate format to best represent findings.

? Adhere and monitor use of client personnel policies.

? Ensure client human resources policies are consistently interpreted and implemented. Answer general employee questions relating to policies.
