Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for all Human Resources staff and activities for the Weapon Systems Strategic Business Unit (SBU) and the Engineering organization, with multiple locations to include recruitment, employee orientation, benefits administration, training, and employee and labor relations. Develops and manages the execution of an annual and long term HR business plan to support the SBU. Works closely with senior management as a business partner providing counsel on all Human Resources issues. Ensures compliance with all Federal and State employment regulations and represents the company with the community and on site government representatives. Maintains appropriate records in accordance with legal and company requirements. Participate in leadership team of the SBU. Support Ethics program activities at Burlington Technology Center. Participate in or lead assigned HR related projects which may affect all locations.

Required Education:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related field. Masters degree preferred.

Required Work Experience:
Twelve or more years' experience in Human Resources with some labor relations experience preferred. Must have excellent written and oral communication skills. Must have demonstrated ability to lead an organization and establish priorities. Demonstrated project management and complex problem solving skills. Strong process focus, with experience in establishing, documenting, and compliance with work flow processes.

Other Desirable Requirements:
Experience in the defense industry preferred.
