Business Unit Directors, Center of Excellence

Our Upper Gwynedd, PA location has three openings which are equally responsible for the leading of local development; implementation and integration of talent management; diversity; performance management; employee development; business analysis; leadership development; retention; and total compensation management.

Each of the following positions reports to a Senior Director of Human Resources and has primary responsibility for the thought leadership, local design and implementation across multiple Human Health/Vaccine organizations. Incumbents ensure direct linkage with the corporate COE functions for their areas of responsibility. The available positions are:

Director, COE, Business Unit I

Director, COE supporting Commercial Operations & Innovations

Director, COE supporting the Merck Vaccine Division

To qualify for these positions, you must have a Bachelor's degree though a Master's/MBA is preferred. You must have a minimum of 8 years of HR experience in HR Business Partner, COE or related role; demonstrate analytical thinking and project management skills; and posses the ability to influence and impact colleagues and senior management. Strong client consulting, communications and teamwork skills are essential.
