Our client is a multi billion dollar global manufacturing company that needs someone with a vision. The Director of Compensation will infuse the organization with standardization and consistency. He/she will also help the company maintain its competitiveness in the marketplace utilizing both salaried and hourly plans as well as incentive plans. Additionally, the director will manage the administration, automation and communications. Position RequirementsIt?s a big job? and a big opportunity. And it requires some very specific criteria to be successful. But for the right person, it?s the chance to be the impact player.
