He/she will also help the company maintain its competitiveness in the marketplace utilizing both salaried and hourly plans as well as incentive plans. Additionally, the director will manage the administration, automation and communications. Position RequirementsIt?s a big job? and a big opportunity. And it requires some very specific criteria to be successful. But for the right person, it?s the chance to be the impact player. We need a Bachelor?s degree in Business, Finance or Human Resources; other majors will be considered if they are applicable. An MBA is preferred. We also need 10+ years? of compensation experience and demonstrated leadership skills.
