Director Corporate Human Resources
Job Description: POSITION SUMMARY: The Director of Corporate Human Capital leads and coordinates the integration of human capital plans and strategies with business strategy in the US and international corporate offices. Acts as lead human resources generalist for corporate client group(s). Responsible for designing efficient human capital processes and ensuring the effective administration of all human capital functions including performance management, employee relations, organizational design, administration of compensation & benefits, human capital metrics and human management, leadership development and support.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Proactively provide strategic Human Capital partnership to assigned client group(s) by being a part of the client group's management team. Utilize thorough understanding of client group business issues, supporting through succession plans, organization design, providing leadership analysis, conducting risk assessment analysis and participating in the design of development plans. Serve as a change agent by supporting business and company culture initiatives through established processes, rewards, and strategy that support change. Monitor and resolve complex employee relations issues.
- Implement, manage and consult on goal setting and performance management with client groups, including individual development plans and coaching.
- Provide management with corporate Human Capital metrics, including headcount reporting, attrition, turnover, PIP analysis, etc through analysis of trends to provide solutions to help resolve issues.
- Ensure compliance with TeleTech legal guidelines, policies and procedures to protect the business and its employees.
- Work closely with other Human Capital subject experts to create and align Human Capital initiatives and business objectives. Work closely with other Human Capital staff in completing major projects.
- Facilitate the implementation of all compensation and benefits programs for the assigned client group(s). Administer all compensation and benefits programs in accordance with policies and procedures.
- Project Manage all Human Capital initiatives as assigned, including corporate events.
- Special projects and duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience
- Additional education in HR related areas preferred
- 7-10 years HR experience in areas of employee relations, human capital metrics, process design, and strong HR generalist experience.
- 7-10 years demonstrated experience and knowledge of employment laws and employee relations
- 5-7 years direct management experience
- History of strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Proven ability to gather information, assess potential risks, and devise appropriate solutions.
- Strong business acumen and comprehension of Human Capital's impact on profitability.
- Must possess outstanding communication, diplomacy, and relationship management skills, as well as demonstrated successful involvement at all levels of management.
- Strong computer skills in MS Office Suite including proficiency in Excel
- Proficiency in Oracle HRMS and Kronos Timekeeping systems
- Maintain the strictest of confidentiality
- Some travel required
