Director - Human Resources Learning Services

USAA is currently seeking a talented Director - Human Resources Learning Services for our San Antonio, TX location.

As a Director - Human Resources Learning Services for USAA, you will coach and develop instructors responsible for delivery to the investment management and financial planning group. You will coordinate the implementation of training programs as well as partner with the business to create and maintain training plans.

Qualified candidates need to possess:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

5 years of management experience.

3 years of experience managing instructors.

Ability to obtain NASD Series 7 and 24 licenses within 90 days.

Preferred experience includes:
2+ years of investment management industry experience.
5+ years of experience as a training manager.
Advanced degree in adult learning or a related field.
Recent management experience.
