Director, Human Resources- Worldwide Sales

Reporting to SVP HR & EVP Worldwide Sales

 

Our client, a leader in high technology manufacturing has an immediate need for a Global Director of Human Resources. This role will support a $500 MM sales organization located throughout Asia, Europe & North America.

 

Responsibilities



Recruitment of sales leadership and account management team

Manage the Company?s expatriate program as well as existing & new assignments

Employee relations for the WW Sales organization

Provide HR support for numerous remote locations, both domestically and internationally

Partnership with WW Sales leader on matters such as: Organization design Roles and responsibilities Talent management and development

Participate in the design/implementation of sales compensation plans

 

Requirements

12+ years of directly related experience in a technology-based, global organization

Significant experience with international employment engagements, including in Asia and Europe

Experience supporting a sales organization

Ability to travel, including to Asia, with trips lasting as long as two+ weeks at a time

 

Qualifications/Traits

Able to adapt to rapidly changing circumstances

Capable of simultaneously managing multiple assignments

Possess a strong sense of urgency balanced by an appreciation for quality

Capable of partnering with a combination of business and HR partners
