Description: Under direction from SBU HR leadership, assumes full responsibility and accountability for the management of recruiting operations within an SBU. Ensures full lifecycle recruiting support for the SBU including sourcing, identifying, pre-screening/qualifying, interviewing, developing offer packages, negotiating and closing candidates. Sets standards for recruiting operations and measures progress/implements improvements. Promotes the company and SBU-specific brands across numerous markets and professional communities. Applies a great degree of creativity, short- and long-term recruiting vision, business understanding and personal organization.

 

Requirements: B.S. in Business, Human Resources or related discipline required. M.S. preferred. 10+ years of progressively more responsible experience, including management, in full lifecycle recruiting on a national and executive level required. Knowledge and past use of a web-based applicant tracking system, preferably BrassRing, preferred. Experience in corporate and search firm and/or experience with a large insurance or financial services company highly preferred. An advanced level of knowledge in full lifecycle recruiting components for a variety of position levels required. Demonstrated success with using best practice recruiting methods as well as developing new creative sources of candidates required. Must have strong customer focus, business acumen, process management, communication and negotiation skills.
