The Advisory Division consists of over 22,000 employees located in the U.S. and Latin America and is organized into 5 divisions (Northeast, Southeast, Central, West and Latin America).

Against this backdrop, Advisory Division seeks a Human Resources Client Relationship Manager who will serve as a strong business partner to the Advisory Division.  The RM is the key Divisional contact for all aspects of Leadership and Talent Management, including talent management, employee relations, organizational design, change initiatives, succession planning, recruiting/staffing, and compensation. Job Responsibilities:


Reporting to the head of Client HR for Advisory Division, the RM?s specific responsibilities will include:Providing HR counsel to the management team of a specific Division within Advisory, including the Division Managing Director, the rest of the Division management team, and others;Leading the coordination of delivery of all human resource functions related to that Division;Developing, interpreting, and implementing HR policies specific to Advisory Division;Handling complex employee relations issues, as well as coaching Managers to do the same;Working with colleagues in Leadership Development and Training to develop a comprehensive approach to LD/Training across the Division;Working with colleagues in the business on professional development initiatives for Management and Financial Advisors and on programs to recruit Financial Advisors;Leading diversity programs and initiatives; andRecommending/executing changes to key compensation/rewards programs ? with the goal of motivating and retaining top performers.

 Qualifications:


?  Client- and service-focused, with strong execution skills and a results orientation;

?  Outstanding communicator, with an ability to present his/her views in a clear and compelling manner;

?  Ability for travel in order to work with a decentralized client base;

?  Effective in a sales organization; strong interpersonal skills

?  Confidence, experience and presence to work with senior executives;

?  Genuine team player with a collaborative style and the ability to pull together groups and resources in the interest of getting things done;

?  Able to build relationships based on credibility and trust;

?  Change agent, with a passion for managing and influencing change; and

?  Retail banking/brokerage/capital markets experience is essential.
