Director, Worldwide HRIS - Business Objects
?Responsible for WW HR Systems, Reporting and Records (5200+ EEs, 1000+ temps/contractors)
?Manage worldwide team of 9 regular employees (including 1 manager, 2 team leads) in US, Canada, and France.
?Manage HRIS budget ? partner with IT and Finance to ensure projects are adequately budgeted and tracked against budget.
?Own HR technology roadmap. In collaboration with the HR Leadership team and IT, review and adjust HR technology roadmap as needed to ensure a roadmap that balances projects that "keep the lights on" with strategic initiatives such as succession planning.
?Partner closely with IT management to ensure progress against the HRIS technology roadmap
?Keep current on key HR systems technology & trends; network with other companies and professional organizations to stay abreast of best practices in HR systems and reporting technology
?Partner closely with the Internal BI team to leverage Business Objects? reporting, data warehouse, and analytics product line internally and showcase the benefits both internally and externally (partnering with marketing, sales, product group, etc.)
?Project manage and participate in HRIS technology implementations when appropriate
?Effectively manage relationships with application vendors and outsource partners including vendor selection/contract negotiation, ongoing relationship management, and partnership
?Responsible for overseeing ongoing sustainment and support for HR Applications ? PeopleSoft HR 8.8 including integration interfaces to 20+ other systems, Business Objects XI R2 reporting tools, SuccessFactors, RecruitingSolutions, appMail, and more
?Actively participate and manage acquisition projects with respect to HR systems, records, and reporting
?Ensure local HRIS business processes meet regulatory compliance with respect to record mgmt (electronic and paper) and business process SOX criteria
?Provide backup support for HR applications and processes
?Design, develop, and manage production of reporting for executives and board of directors including human capital metrics, trends, turnover, special presentations, etc.

Position Requirements
?B.S. degree in Business, Information Systems, or related area; MBA / M.S. a plus
?8+ yrs HR / HRIS experience; 3+ years in a managerial role
?International HR/HRIS experience (specifically Europe) desired
?Acquisition integration experience: HR systems, reporting, business process change, and record mgmt
?Experience implementing and/or upgrading PeopleSoft HRMS (or Oracle, SAP) desired
?Expertise in several of the following areas: BusinessObjects, Crystal Reports, PeopleSoft HR 8.0 or higher, PeopleSoft Query, HTML, SQL, Excel Macros, Outlook forms, or Access queries
?Exceptional project management skills required: successful experience managing multiple complex technology projects simultaneously with full responsibility for client management, requirements gathering, change mgmt, reporting, budget mgmt, business process change, and delivery coordination
?Strong understanding of HR, Payroll, and Finance business processes
?Excellent verbal and written communication skills
?Ability to manage change effectively - mindful of technology, business processes, and systems impact
?Ability to motivate direct reports and others by providing an environment that promotes individual growth and reinforces company values and culture
