Director of Administration / Human Resource

*** Tier 1 Automotive Supplier seeking Director of Administration with HR background ***

***Duties
Director of Human Resources
Mainly manage the Human Resources department such as;
- Plan, direct and carry out policies relating to all phases of personnel activity. - Recruit, interview, and select employees to fill vacant positions. Plan and conduct new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward company goals.
- Keep record of insurance coverage, pension plan, and personnel transactions, such as, hiring, promotions, transfers, and terminations.
- Investigate accidents and prepare reports for insurance carrier.
- Prepare budget of personnel operations.
Also manage the day-to-day activity of each department (Accounting, General Affairs, Purchasing) and provide overall direction and leadership for them.

***Requirement
- Bachelor Degree in Business, Management or related major.
- Over 7 years experience of Manager or Director of above fields.
- Strong background in Human Resources.
- Experience in a manufacture or automotive industry is preferable.
- Excellent communication skill in English, leadership.
