Director of Compensation and Benefits

Our client is currently seeking a high-energy compensation/benefits manager to join their dynamic human resources team in the Chicago northern suburbs. If you meet the below specifications, we need to talk!

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

- Recommends special compensation programs or incentive systems for all employees.

- Develops and implements competitive benefit programs throughout the company.

- Oversees and analyzes job descriptions, grading/broadband for positions throughout the company.

- Conducts job analysis to determine appropriate salary levels according to compensation guidelines and recommends corrective actions to resolve compensation related issues.

- Participates in administration of performance review system to ensure compliance with salary administration guidelines.  Provides guidance to managers on appropriate salary levels.

- Participates in planning and implementing strategic initiatives to support corporate growth.

 

REQUIREMENTS:

 

- Bachelor?s degree required, master?s degree a plus

- At least 5-7 years of compensation and benefits management experience

- Sharp analytical skills combined with a creative approach

- Ability to manage multiple projects

- Participates in planning and implementing strategic initiatives to support corporate growth.

- Knowledge of HRIS system (Oracle 11i) a plus
